Lisa Lisa Carr is the owner of BHD Salon. She has been in the hair industry for 22 years and a salon owner for the last 15 years. Lisa has her Business Revolution certification and is a Master's Academy graduate. Her favorite part of being a salon owner is helping her team achieve success through personal growth. Lisa has a passion for business and life coaching and showing others how to work in and live their best life. In her spare time Lisa enjoys baking and spending time with her family.	Alexis Alexis is a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School of Toledo. She is a level 8 master stylist, a dimensional color specialist, a BHD director, and a certified product expert. Alexis’s passion is within meeting new people and helping them view themselves in a more positive light. She loves creating new friends within her guests and has a strong passion for creating beautiful, Pinterest worthy hair colors. In her spare time you can catch her spending quality time with her son and husband!	Eva Eva was BHD’s first ever apprentice, she now is fully graduated from the program and a full level 1 stylist! She has had a passion for hair since she was young. Eva is a color expert, aqua extension specialist, and a certified product expert. She loves to see the joy of her guests when she helps them achieve their hair dreams. Eva loves being a boy mama, and loves spending all the quality time possible with her family!
Jill Jill is a level 8 master stylist and graduate of Paul Mitchell The School of Toledo. She is a certified product and color expert. After raising her family and a successful child care center, Jill fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a cosmetologist. Today her favorite part of the industry is meeting new people and making her guests feel great. Jill loves spending time with her husband, daughters, grandson and fur babies. In her free time you can find her tending to her beautiful gardens.	Danielle Danielle is a Douglas J Aveda graduate, a level 5 stylist, a product and color expert, an Aqua extension specialist and BHD director. Danielle is passionate about making sure her guests leave with a smile! She loves to make them feel beautiful while creating new friendships. Color is her favorite way to build confidence in all of her guests. Danielle has an adoration for animals, spending time with her family, being outdoors, hunting and fishing with her husband and son!
